WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal and Apple Pay. All orders are charged in EUR upon checkout.

 

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

For fuzz lovers in Portugal, we offer FREE shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER 40€. The rest of the Europe, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland can enjoy FREE shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER 50€. Under this price we charge 6€ to Portugal and 10€ for Europe, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. For rest of the world we charge 20€. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE?

Orders received before 02:00PM will be shipped within ONE* business day. All orders are shipped via CTT. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered, within Portugal, 3-5 business days for delivery in EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, 5-8 days for the rest of the world.

*Shipping times may vary during peak times including Sale Periods, Public Holidays & Holiday periods. Sorry for any inconvenience!

  

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When your order has been processed & sent, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Reference Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking - as information may not be immediately available on the couriers website.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY CHARGES OR IMPORT TAX ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We cannot mark international orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees. 

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days after the order receipt. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags.
If the return is for a change of mind and a refund is requested, any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.

Sale Returns - Please note there are no refunds on sale items, or items purchased during our sale period, for change of mind, incorrect choice or incorrect size choice, unless the product is damaged or faulty. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. Once we have received your return, we will process it within two business days. You will be notified via email when your return has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED THROUGH ONE OF YOUR RETAILERS?

If you wish to return a FUZZYEYE item that you purchased through one of our retailers, please contact them directly. We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our online store.

 

WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD OUT?

FUZZYEYE is always looking for new ways to improve criativity and individuality. There are certain items, (such as leather items) that are all different from each other, as long as we don't do a massive production. If your favourite item is sold out, don't worry, we'll have one another that would fit you perfect. Every piece is unique. The best way to keep up to date with all our new styles is to join our mailing list - you can do so at the bottom of this page.

Our products are designed, produced and manufactured in Portugal. We always keep an eye at our factories and craftsmen to make sure the working environment is suitable for all workers and that the quality is to our high standards.
