Can I return or exchange an item?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days after the order receipt. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. If the return is for a change of mind and a refund is requested, any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.*
Sale Returns - Please note there are no refunds on sale items, or items purchased during our sale period, for change of mind, incorrect choice or incorrect size choice, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
*Exclusive pieces as vests and totebags can't be refunded due to production costs and damage of the pieces during the returning process. You can still exchange for another item or get a credit to buy at another time.

In your email request please confirm:
* your order number
* the product/s you are returning
* the reason for returning the product - eg. change of mind, change of size, faulty.
* Also what you are returning the product/s for
- an exchange (please con rm what size you would like the product exchanged for), an online store credit or a refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed, we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
For exchange items, we cannot guarantee the stock requested will be available when your return is being processed even if you can see the stock available online at the time of your return request, we cannot hold stock for exchanges.
Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
