Orders received before 02:00PM will be shipped within ONE* business day. All orders are shipped via CTT.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered, within Portugal, 3-5 business days for delivery in EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, 5-8 days for the rest of the world.

For fuzz lovers in Portugal, we offer FREE shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER 30€ . The rest of the Europe, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland can enjoy FREE shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER 100€. Under this price we charge 4€ to Portugal and 10€ for Europe, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. For rest of the world we charge 20€.
Tracking
When your order has been processed & sent, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Reference Number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking - as information may not be immediately available on the couriers website.
